1. Agreement to Terms
By contacting, hiring, or using the services of Rubio's Services, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, and property maintenance services provided by Rubio's Services, LLC in Ankeny, Des Moines, and surrounding areas.
2. Services Provided
Rubio's Services, LLC provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, make-ready cleaning, new construction cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, handyman services, and carpet cleaning. The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to the start of work. Any additional services requested during a visit may be subject to additional charges.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was originally described. Any changes to the agreed scope will be communicated and confirmed before proceeding. Rubio's Services, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing for services that require significantly more time or resources than anticipated.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Rubio's Services, LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed service time. If access is not available and we are unable to complete the service, a trip fee may apply. Please ensure pets are secured and that any areas requiring special attention or precautions are communicated in advance.
6. Liability
Rubio's Services, LLC is licensed and insured. We take care in handling your property and belongings; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that are unstable, improperly secured, or in fragile condition. Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering quality results. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to address your concern promptly and professionally. We treat every property like it's our own and stand behind the work we do.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee. For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
9. Changes to These Terms
Rubio's Services, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
